Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser
The promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Jeton Bank Limited, trading as Jeton (“Organiser”).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who:
Are 18 years of age or older;
Hold or are willing to create a verified Jeton account;
Reside in a country where Jeton services are available.
Employees of the Organiser and its affiliates, and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion, are not eligible to participate.
Winners will be required to verify their Jeton account before receiving the prize.
4. How to Enter
-To enter the Promotion, participants must:
-Follow @jetonpayments on Instagram;
-Comment on the designated giveaway Reel
-Tag at least one friend in the comments.
-No purchase is necessary to enter.
Each participant may enter only once and may win only one prize. Use of multiple accounts to gain additional entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
5. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins when the giveaway post is published and ends on 25 March 2026 at 23:59 GMT (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
6. Prize
The prize consists of signed Ajax shirts provided by Kou Itakura.
The number of winners will be stated in the promotional post. Each winner will receive one signed shirt.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
10 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a third-party selection tool.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message and announced on Jeton’s Instagram Stories.
If a winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the message, Jeton reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner.
Shipping costs will be covered by Jeton. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the winner.
Jeton is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues outside its reasonable control.
9. Campaign Rules
This Promotion cannot be combined with other Jeton campaigns.
Only Jeton members are eligible to receive the prize.
Participants engaging in fraudulent or abusive behaviour will be disqualified at Jeton’s discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeton shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
Jeton accepts no responsibility for technical issues, system failures, or entry disruptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights.
11. Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Jeton’s Privacy Policy: https://www.jeton.com/privacy-policy/jeton
Data will be used solely for administering the Promotion unless otherwise stated.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility.
13. General
Jeton reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent conduct.
Jeton reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. Acceptance of Terms:
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and
Conditions. Jeton’s general Terms and Conditions continue to apply in full and form an integral part of this Promotion.
In the event of any conflict, these Promotion Terms shall prevail.
